Vital Exercise is a husband and wife owned Private Personal Training gym that specializes in strength and conditioning.
We take immense pride in offering a welcoming and friendly training environment, world-class equipment with coaches who have decades of experience of helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
We do not follow the crowds nor the latest fads in exercise. Our training methods are based on solid scientific research with over 40 years of practical experience to back them up.
All workouts are by appointment only which means; No waiting around for machines - No crowds - No intimidation - No time wasted.
With us you can discover your true potential. We offer the best guidance and support to reach your goals faster and safer than working out by yourself. Our aim is to change your view of exercise and nutrition so that it becomes part of who you are. We provide you with safe, efficient, result producing exercise in a distraction free environment.
We can show you how to build strength, lose weight, get fit and change your body image. You can strengthen bones and fight against osteoporosis, lower blood pressure increase flexibility, super charge your immune system and improve your mental outlook, and do all this with just one workout every four to seven days.
We offer In person 1-2-1, shared & our unique Independent + coaching programs at our gym in Brightlingsea; but should we be too far away and you want to work with us we also offer online coaching packages.
One 2 One
Our 1-2-1 coaching program offers personalized one on one training sessions.
We bring our 40 years of experience to the achievement of your fitness goals.
Your dedicated coach will be by your side throughout each workout, design exercise routines tailored to your specific goals and fitness levels ensuring progress each time.
We offer constant encouragement, pushing you to reach your potential.
We optimize your workout time, ensuring you get the most out of each session, making it great for those with busy schedules.

Shared
Train alongside a friend with our shared training program, each of you will have your own personal trainer.
When you train with someone else you can help hold each other accountable, ensuring you both stay committed to your exercise and nutrition goals.
Friendly competition can push you both to work harder and achieve better results in your workouts.
We start by discussing your individual goals during your consultations, and the specific outcomes you each want from your workouts. We then create customized workout plans for each of you.
Independent +
Our unique coaching program begins with two comprehensive personal training sessions.
During these sessions your coach will asses your current level of fitness, review medical history and past injury assessment, discus your goals, and guide you in using our world-class equipment effectively.
After the initial sessions you will have a customized workout program to follow whilst training independently. A coach will be on hand should you have any questions during your session.
To secure your Independent training slot, you just book your session in advance to ensure you have dedicated gym time and a focused workout environment.
